Bicycles/Tricycles: When used within the Resort after dark, lights and reflectors are required.
Camp Fires: City ordinance does not permit fires on camp sites.
Clotheslines and whirligigs: Attached solely to the rear of your RV are permitted. A collapsible clothesline is also acceptable if kept on your concrete pad.
Drivers of vehicles, golf carts & motorized scooters must posses a valid driver’s license. If an unlicensed driver is caught operating a golf cart or scooter, they will be charged a fine of $25. The second offense will result in the banning of the golf cart for a 12 month period (from date of offense).
Garbage is not to be left on site or placed in the public building receptacles. Tie securely in plastic bag and place in dumpsters. Do not put garbage on ground if dumpster is full. Please find another dumpster.
Golf Carts, boats and jet skis: Must be registered at the Reservations Office with proof of insurance
Noise: Quiet hours – 11pm to 7am. All children and teenagers, 16 years and under, must be on their campsites by 11pm unless they are accompanied by parent or guardian.
Parking: One RV plus one vehicle per site maximum. Parking must be on your site or in the designated parking (this includes tow dollies). NO PARKING ON THE GRASS. Golf carts must be parked on the patio or parking pad. No golf cart parking in overflow areas. Violation of this rule will result in a twenty five ($25) fine.
Pets: Pets must be on a leash. Pets are not allowed in buildings, pool or recreation areas. You must pick up after your pet. Fines are issued for non-compliance. Do not walk dogs on occupied sites or private lots. Pet cages or enclosures cannot exceed ninety six (96) inches in diameter and thirty-six (36) inches in height. Do not leave pets unattended outside of RV.
Pools Rules: Pools Hours are 10am to 9pm. No lifeguard on duty. No children allowed without parent or guardian. See complete list of rules posted at pool.
Rollerblades are permitted but may not be used on Carolina Drive, Briarcliffe Lane, Park Avenue and Waterfront Way for your own safety.
Screened rooms: Only manufactured screened rooms attached to your RV are permitted and must be kept on your site’s paved area.
Sewer Hook Up: Sewer donuts are required. You can purchase sewer donuts at the Reservations Office.
Skateboards are not permitted at any time within the Resort Solicitation: No solicitation of products, crafts or services in the resort.
Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the Resort is 12 MPH.
Squirrels do not feed the squirrels. You will be charged a non-compliance fee of $25 is you are seen feeding the squirrels.
Storage units and appliances are not allowed outside of unit.
Tents, tarps or canopies are not permitted on individual campsites. However, rallies may get use canopy for a limited amount of time and must have permit from office.
Utility Trailer and Car Dollies must be parked in the designated parking area and must be registered at the registration office.
Washing RVs or vehicles: Obtain a permit at reservations. Fees: $10 Motorhomes and RVs, $5 for Trucks, Vans and Cars.
RV Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in May 1 to September 31: 8am-11pm and November 1 to April 30: 8am-11pm
Please drop vehicle pass & site pass in drop box, when office is closed. Saturdays and Sundays we open at 9am.
Park Models Check-in and Check-out times:
Check-in: 3pm
Check-out: 10am (If you check out after 10am, you will be charged $10 per hour.) A key deposit of $10 is required. Deposit refunded at checkout. Deposit will be forfeited if check-out time is not met.
Propane Deliveries are on Mondays, except Holidays. Sign-up sheet at the clubhouse. Bottles filled at your site – you must be present.

Vehicle Regulations: Motor vehicle maintenance, such as oil changes or lubes, are not permitted within the Resort.
Recycle: Special containers are available for aluminum cans, newspapers and plastic.
