*Please read the following terms and conditions for the rates listed above:
- BRIARCLIFFE MEMBER RELATIVE SITE RATE: Relative site rate is offered to mother, father, and adult children of members. The member must make the reservation.
- BRIARCLIFFE MEMBER 6 DAY EXTENSION: The 6 Day Extension is based on availability.
- RESERVATIONS: All site and park model reservations can be made six (6) months in advance.
- SITE DEPOSIT: One nights' deposit must be received by our office within ten (10) days of making your reservations. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
- CANCELATIONS ON SITE RESERVATIONS: You must cancel your site reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival date or forfeit your deposit. Members will be charged one night's rate for failure to cancel.
- GOLF CARTS: Members and guests are subject to a daily fee for use of a golf cart. Proof of insurance is required.
- ELECTRIC FEE: All members and guests are subject to a daily electric fee of $1 per day.
- PHONE SITES: There is an additional charge per day for activating phones.
- BLACK OUT DATES: Guest reservations are not accepted for Easter, July 4th and Thanksgiving. However, you may be put on a waiting list.
